My name is Sara Lister and I am an licensed massage therapist in Albany, Oregon. I have been practicing for about two years and have recently decided to start practicing from my home. I specialize in trigger point therapy and tend toward deeper work in general, but always to the client's comfort level. The modalities I offer area Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Prenatal massage. I would love to help you toward a healthier and more balanced body!
